Our ceramic tableware factory that has been producing high-quality tableware since 2004. We are committed to sustainability and reducing our impact on the environment by adopting smarter manufacturing methods and energy-efficient materials. Our efforts have been recognized by our certification and approval from ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We follow the national standard of Criteria for Performance Excellence (GB/T19580-2004), which ensures that we maintain high standards in all aspects of our operations.
Our commitment to sustainability extends to the materials we use. We use LPG/LNG, an environmentally friendly fuel that lowers our carbon footprint. We also encourage the use of recycled clay, which we incorporate into our trophies for industry luminaries. These trophies require minimal maintenance despite their collectable properties.Our signature quality is evident in our tableware. Our products are stronger than bone china and have excellent resistance to extreme temperatures. They will not crack even when removed from the oven (180°C) and placed under running water (20°C). Our wares are also scratch and chip-resistant, making them able to withstand the daily rigours of heavy-duty commercial use.
We guarantee that every product we produce is chip-resistant, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe, oven-proof, and shine resilient for 5 years or 5,000 washes from the date of manufacture (whichever is earlier), with proper care and handling.We take health standards seriously and ensure that our products are lead and cadmium-free. Our dual firing process at high temperatures (800–1,280°C) eliminates traces of lead and cadmium. All of our decal and coloured glazes meet the strictest compliance standards such as the US Food & Drug Administration and California Proposition 65 health standards. Our tableware is made from kaolin clay native to Dehua, which does not contain animal bone ash, making it suitable for those with religious and animal welfare concerns. Our products are also non-porous and do not absorb grease, odours, and bacteria, ensuring optimal hygiene.In addition to being of high quality, our products are also accessible and provide better value than bone china.
